Become an
Alamo Notary.
We're expanding our team of professional notary publics throughout the Bay Area. If you hold an active commission and take pride in precision, client service, and craftsmanship — we want to meet you.
Why Notaries Choose Alamo
We're not a signing service marketplace. We're a professional notary firm that invests in our team.
Premium Client Roster
Work with Bay Area law firms, title companies, and enterprise clients — high-value, recurring engagements, not one-off stamp jobs.
1099 Independent Contractor
Work as a 1099 contractor with maximum flexibility. You choose your schedule and jobs — we provide the dispatching, clients, and support.
Mobile & In-Office Mix
Split your week between mobile visits throughout the Bay Area and in-office signings in Danville. We handle the dispatching.
Enterprise Grade Tools
Access to our booking platform and enterprise account management system.
Flexible Scheduling
Choose your availability. We match appointments to your calendar — weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
E&O Coverage Included
We carry errors and omissions insurance on every signing. You're protected on every engagement.
